Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Pre-License Education

The State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) requires all real estate licensees to complete 72 hours of pre-license education and pass an exam before receiving their license. The WRA's sales pre-license course, which is offered on a regular basis, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for the sales exam. Online Training

On-line training is provided through Keefe Real Estate in conjunction with the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA). The course we offer to agent candidates is the State of Wisconsin-approved pre-licensing course. Once this is completed and the State exam is passed, you simply apply for your real estate salesperson’s license. This license allows you to work for any broker in Wisconsin. The course is an on-line study course that can be ordered, and course books will be sent directly to your home. By taking the home-study course, which includes on-line quizzes, you can pursue your license training in your own time frame from the comfort of your home. The cost is $290. To sign up, contact Janet Behrens at Keefe Real Estate at 262-763-5454. If you have interest in finding out more about a career with Keefe Real Estate, please feel free to contact our managing broker, Chris DeVincentis, at 262-348-3204.

Wisconsin Broker License Pre-license Education

To obtain a broker license, the DRL requires that you first obtain a real estate sales license, complete the broker training, and successfully complete a broker examination. You must complete the course prior to taking the exam. The WRA's Broker Pre-license course, which is offered throughout the year, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for the broker exam. Continuing Education

The Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) requires all licensees to receive a minimum of 18 hours of continuing education every two years. As a convenience to our agents, Keefe Real Estate holds its own in-house continuing education courses in a live session format with ample time allowed for interactive Q&A. As a result, our agents never have to be concerned about completing their continuing education requirements.

Local, State, & National Associations

As a Realtor with Keefe Real Estate, you become a member of our local, state, and national Realtor associations.
