Lauderdale Lake Overview
Lauderdale Lakes is made up of three crystal clear spring fed lakes connected by two wide channels taking up 840 acres with a maximum depth of 55 feet. There are many quiet nooks and crannies found winding around the lake for a private experience fishing, boating, kayaking, or perhaps an on-shore picnic.
The “Lauderdale Landing” is a great gathering place on the lake for all ages. Owned by a lake family, the Landing plays a huge part in the lake’s daily life serving great food and fun year round. Having the “Lauderdale Lakes Marina” on the lake is also a nice perk. The marina offers new and used boats for sale and well as service, boating supplies and gas. Both are an essential part of our lake community.
The lake includes a variety of clubs including the sailing club, the yacht club, the water ski club, and the snowmobile club. All offer great year-round activities, fun, and friendship.
Coming to Lauderdale Lakes from Illinois is easy being only 30 minutes over the IL/WI border the short ride is a piece of cake. Generations of families have enjoyed coming to this lake for over 100 years and many lifelong friendships have emerged.
