Wisconsin Real Estate Sales Pre-License Education

The Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing (DRL) requires all real estate licensees to complete 72 hours of pre-license education and pass an exam before receiving their license. The WRA's Sales Pre-license course, which is offered on a regular basis, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for the sales exam. On-going real estate trainingOnline Training

Online training is provided through Keefe Real Estate Inc. in conjunction with the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA). The course we offer to agent candidates is the State of Wisconsin approved pre-licensing course. Once this is completed and the State exam is passed you simply apply for your real estate salespersons license. This license allows you to work for any broker in the State of Wisconsin. The course is a online study course that can be ordered and course books will be sent directly to your home. By taking the home study course which includes online quizzes, you can pursue your license training in your own time frame from the comfort of your home. Wisconsin Broker License Pre-license Education

To obtain a broker license, the Wisconsin DRL requires that you first obtain a real estate sales license and complete the broker training and successfully complete a broker examination. You must complete the course prior to taking the exam. The WRA's Broker Pre-license course, which is offered throughout the year, satisfies this education requirement and prepares you for the broker exam. Continuing Education

The Department of Regulation and Licensing requires all licensees to receive a minimum of 18 hours of continuing education every two years. As a convenience to our agents, Keefe Real Estate holds their own in-house continuing education courses in a live session format with ample time allowed for interactive Q&A. As a result, our agents never have to be concerned about completing their continuing education requirements.

Local, State & National Associations

As a Realtor with Keefe Real Estate, Inc., you become a member of our local, State and National Realtor Associations. Keefe Real Estate, Inc. agents are members of the Lakes Area Realtors Association which is our local real estate association in Walworth County. Additionally, all agents are members of the Wisconsin Realtors Association located in Madison Wisconsin. (WRA) Your membership to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) allows the use of the Realtor registered trademark and membership to one of the largest and most powerful professional membership organizations in the housing market and in the nation.
