Please provide feedback when you utilize one of our Concierge Service partners - or if you are a partner who interacts with people via the service. Keefe and its agents cannot guarantee a Concierge Service partner's qualifications or work product. While we expect your feedback will be complimentary it is our policy to forward all feedback to appropriate parties.

The service providers in Keefe’s Concierge program are all independent companies or contractors not affiliated with Keefe. The participants pay a fee for maintaining the program and advertising, but are included in the program based upon their commitment to provide quality service. To be included, each participant commits to providing high quality work, and we want to hear from our clients and customers if that is not the case in any given job. Keefe and its employees and/or agents may provide referrals to the service providers in the program. KEEFE, ITS EMPLOYEES AND/OR AGENTS ARE NOT, AND CANNOT BE, RESPONSIBLE FOR SELECTION OF ANY GIVEN SERVICE PROVIDER AND/OR FOR THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP DELIVERED IN ANY GIVEN SITUATON. KEEFE RECEIVES NO COMPENSATION FOR THE REFERRALS. THIS IS PURELY A SERVICE WHICH HAS PROVEN HELPFUL TO MANY OF OUR CLIENTS AND CUSTOMERS.
